Early Termination Request

I, (we) am, are requesting an Early Termination of our Rental Contract, (Rental Agreement). 

 

I, (we) understand that I, (we) are responsible for the remainder of the lease if a new qualified Tenant cannot be found and secured during the term of our lease.

 

I, (we) understand that Northern Investment Company of Minnesota will at their earliest convenience market the property and will have my, (our) permission to show this property at any time by appointment to any and all qualified prospective tenants.

 

I, (we) understand that I, (we) are responsible for the maintenance, utilities, lawn or snow care, trash, and any other expenses that are my, (our) responsibility and are part of our agreement and or part of the lease regarding this property until a new tenant is located and secured, and will take over the remainder of my, (our) lease.

 

I, (we) understand that I, (we) will be released of my, (our) responsibilities as soon as a new tenant has been approved and secured on a new lease.

 

By filling in the form below and am asking Northern Investment Company of Minnesota to market this property as quickly as possible and begin interviewing new prospective tenants.
